Elected at the AGM of the charity on 22nd February 2008.

to strengthen the ability of Refugee Community Organisations’ lobbying
and advocacy to further the interests and needs of the refugee community groups
in London.

Took part in the Agenda For Change (AFC) Scheme (2005) as Job Analyst and Panel
Member for Job Matching. AFC was the biggest overhaul of NHS-wide pay terms and
conditions across UK in over 50 years- backdated to 1st October 2004.

- Devolved a community/ voluntary organisation “European-African
Talents Development Organisation (EATDO)” in the London Borough
of Southwark since 2005:
It aims to identify unused or under-utilised talents/ skills among the BME group
in Europe, create awareness and help to develop these talents.

since 09/01/08, also seeking charity status to become a charitable company. I
am the Co-odinator and Company Secretary of the organisation.

As team member, I helped in developing the website www.victimsupport.org.uk (select "England

- Manager Mattru Rural Bank Project, Mattru Jong,
Sierra Leone, West Africa. (1989 to 1991):
Identified, organised and promoted many rural farming projects and business groups
in the coverage of the rural bank.
Mobilised (i.e. mopped up) the idle rural savings into the banking sytem; and
extended loans and overdraft to boost up the rural agricultural and commercial
economy.
Provided banking services to schools, government departments and other social
enterprises in the region.
Also helped individual business people to become more productive, income-generating
and self-reliant.
Promoted the rural economy in general.
Accountant, Mattru Rural Bank Aug 1986- July 1989.
As the first accountant of the rural bank (1986-1989), I set up the accounting
system, after the rural banking training.
- Senior Banking Officer, Central Bank of Sierra Leone
(Dec 1980- Sept 1986).
Team member of the World Bank Rural Banking feasibility studies in 1985, leading
to the establishment of rural banking scheme in Sierra Leone in 1986.
